Kevin was turning 50.  Kevin loves to play guitar.  His wife sent us a couple pictures of one of his favorite guitars and we had a blast making a small replica of it. 

This is 4 layers of vanilla cake with a raspberry filling and vanilla Italian buttercream. Black piping is done in simple buttercream. Decorations are made of sugar paste and fondant.
